What's an Annual Success Review?

Firms on the Complete plan get an Annual Success Review. It's a dedicated session for your firm, focused on how you're using eimmigration, where there's room to work smarter, and how to get more out of the system.

Do we have to pay extra for training?

Every new customer gets a 1-hour admin training and a 1-hour caseworkers training. The Complete plan includes an additional 1-hour training session.

Plus, you'll have unlimited access to live community training every Friday.

Is there discount pricing?

Yes, we offer four types of discounts.

1) Customers receive a lower monthly rate with an annual subscription.

2) We also offer progressive discounts based on the number of users.

3) Non-profit organizations receive 50% off the standard monthly rate when committing to an annual term. Schools and universities also qualify for this discount. The non-profit discount cannot be combined with options 1 or 2.

4) Additional discounts are available for accounts with multiple branches.

Is there a set-up fee or any other hidden fees?

There are no setup fees or other hidden fees. Fee-based professional services are available for things like data imports, custom forms, custom reports, and more.

Can we purchase additional modules without upgrading to a higher plan?

Yes, if you're on Starter or Essentials, you can add more modules for $15 per module, per user/month. Complete includes all optional modules.
